		<description>That is true, but they can all hold back with the potential further fall in prices scenario, which will in turn help keep the market stagnant and possibly drive down prices.  I&#039;d like to see 95% deals with decent rates.</description>

		<description>Until the banks, building societies and the other mortgage providers all come up with a 95% mortgage for first-time buyers; no amount of quantative easing or printing money by the Bank of England will help. 

We need the First-time buyers to return to the market as soon as possible and only then will confidence return to the mortgage market.</description>
